Jennifer Vargo believes everyone has the wisdom and strength within them to build a meaningful life. She works with people of all ages, supporting children through family therapy and helping educators care for their own well-being through wellness groups that foster resilience and connection.

Her approach is warm, person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic. Jennifer helps clients explore their inner experiences, process painful memories, and release what keeps them feeling stuck. She supports clients in strengthening the mind–body connection, building self-compassion, and moving forward with clarity and confidence. She also teaches practical tools to manage emotions, nurture relationships, and live in alignment with personal values. Jennifer draws from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, DBT, Mindfulness, and CBT, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs.

Jennifer received her master’s degrees in social work and business management from The Ohio State University and bachelor’s degree in dance from Denison University. She spent most of her career leading statewide education policies and programs focused on helping schools support students' mental, physical and social wellness. As an elementary school principal, she created a trauma-informed school and implemented Restorative Practices.
