Kelsee is a licensed psychologist specializing in couples therapy, family therapy, and anxiety disorders. She completed her doctorate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Houston and is skilled in several therapy modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She uses a direct and person-centered approach that accounts for your unique experiences and attributes. Kelsee is a fully virtual provider and is now accepting new clients! She has afternoon and weekend availability to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Kelsee’s passion is providing couples therapy for those wanting to improve overall relationship satisfaction and communication skills as well as couples facing significant relational stressors including infidelity, sexual/intimacy issues, infertility, and parenting challenges. If you are like many couples who are struggling to communicate or feel heard or have found yourself in a “rut” where you feel lost and disconnected from your partner, Kelsee would love to work with you to provide a path for reconnection and healing.

Kelsee also enjoys helping individuals navigate personal challenges by providing a nonjudgmental space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. She treats anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. She also has specialized training in treating obsessive compulsive disorder. It is her belief that every person has the capacity to grow, learn, and become their highest and best self. Her goal as your therapist is to provide you with the skills and challenges necessary to facilitate that growth and healing.

In her free time, Kelsee enjoys spending time with her family, drinking strong coffee, going to the local farmers market, listening to an audio book or podcast, and chasing her little ones around the house. She finds great joy as a wife, mother, dog-mom, auntie, and Peloton enthusiast.
